AxeNet Hosting provides virtual private servers (VPS), domain registration, proxy services, and VPN services. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Any illegal activities under applicable law
- Distribution of malware or viruses
- Child exploitation material
- DDoS attacks or network abuse
- Spam or unsolicited mass email
- Cryptocurrency mining without prior approval
4. Payment Terms
All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We accept various cryptocurrencies through our payment processor. Services will be activated upon payment confirmation.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel their accounts at any time through the dashboard.
6. Limitation of Liability
AxeNet Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
